Description:  Tore off existing siding and replaced with vinyl siding to meet engineered specs.  Tore out any dry rot and mold and sprayed entire building with bleach solution and painted with kills to eliminate any mold growth.  Rebuilt approximately 15 decks and recoated with rubberized coating.   Also provided documentation of all work for court case due to law suit for prior installation.

Tore out and replaced all dry rot throughout entire mobile.  Replaced three existing windows and cut one into bedroom.  Removed and replaced 13 existing windows for proper siding application.  Rescreened all existing windows.  Painted entire house, shed, deck and hand railings with Sherman Williams Pro-Mar 200 paint.  Leveled entire mobile home within 1/4 inch throughout entire house. Patched all existing cracks in drywall due to settling and touched up paint with computer match paint as necessary.   Caulked and sealed skylights on roof to unable leaks.  Replaced kitchen leaky faucet.
